I've never run a mile before in my life (except for maybe back in PE when I was forced to or I'd fail gym)
I'm turning 40 the end of this year, so I'm RUNNING head first into my 40's ready to leave my 30's behind and move on forward!!! Woo-Hoo!!
Sounds good, until I officially go out for my first run and realize that it's kind of hard!! Still kind of putting that off. I'll post again when I finally go to Target and buy some running shoes (hope there's a sale that day!!!)
No way can you buy shoes at Target . . . you need to spend some dough and get some real running shoes. It makes a difference! You will die at how much they are. Yahoo! Go Kristen!!

ReplyDeleteWalmart has way better running shoes. There are some really good ones on sale for $10.99 (and they say they're for running). Get 'em while they're HOT! : D
