Might I Suggest...

As part of your training, it would be REALLY good to do some back-to-back runs.

So, get up early in the morning and run your first leg of the race. Then, in the evening (as late as you can) run your second leg of the race. Then, get up early the next morning and run your last leg of the race.

This will be really helpful for our adventure!

  1. That sounds like pure awfulness but I will give it a try! Might as well feel the burn now to know what it is going to be like! Great advice!
